We at PP Mutual Fund Private Limited (https://www.mutualfundwala.com “website” or “application” or “platforms”) aim to help you seamlessly invest and redeem across mutual funds.

This Refund policy outlines how PP Mutual Private Limited refund policy works when you invest with us via our website, mobile apps, and or customer care channels (collectively hereinafter referred to as “Platform” or “Application” or “Website”).

This policy (hereinafter referred to as ”Refund Policy” or “Policy”) applies to the use of service investment in Mutual Fund products.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy, wherever the context so requires, references to the terms “User(s)”, “You” or “Your”, shall mean and include the user who is registered on the Platform, who uses or access the Platform or avails the services of the Platform in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

POLICY

A transaction can be rejected on the Platform due to reasons, including but not limited to, connectivity issues, technical errors, unresponsive servers, incomplete KYC or such other issues attributable to Equirus Wealth or third party partners like Banks, AMCs, RTAs etc.

In the event a transaction is rejected on the Platform, We shall process the refund within 10 to 12 days after initiation as per the timelines provided by the partnered third party.

The refund will processed to your own bank account from where the money has originally been deducted.
